My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms, although with almost no lighting and unpleasant smell, had extremely clean bedding, good pillows, and spacious bathrooms, which was great for a one-night stay in the city.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms had almost no lighting, nasty peeling wallpaper, windows facing the interior lobby, and a bad smell, but the bedding was extremely clean, pillows were good, and the bathrooms were large.

The service at the hotel was fantastic! The staff, from housekeeping to the front desk and shuttle drivers, were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to Baltimore and the harbor, but the neighborhood outside didn't feel very safe.

6.2/10
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, while clean, could use some major updates, but they were still comfortable enough. The service was friendly, even though there were some minor issues. The location, though convenient, seemed a little sketchy. The dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, an okay stay with room for improvement.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms, unfortunately, had almost no lighting, nasty peeling wallpaper, faced the interior of the hotel lobby, and smelled seriously bad. However, they were comfortable enough for the stay.
Service

The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some minor issues, like the cleaning staff sweeping the carpets close by.
Location
5.0
The location, while accessible and convenient, seemed a little rough and sketchy, with the front of the hotel near the Baltimore County Juvenile Justice Center.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a mix of good and disappointing. There were a lot of choices near the harbor, but the overall quality was not consistent.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were basic and functional, nothing extraordinary to highlight.

I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries, coffee, and tea, which was a nice touch. The service I received from the staff, especially in guiding us to local attractions, was exceptionally helpful. However, the location had some safety concerns due to a high homeless population, which was a downside. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, but there were some inconsistencies in the breakfast offerings. Overall, it was a decent stay with its ups and downs.
